Our approach to this project will be structured according to our implementation methodology, which has three implementation phases: Analysis, Test Upgrade/Migration and Final Production Migration/Upgrade:

Analysis

Data Conversion

Per our methodology, we will be working closely with Microsoft to upgrade and move the existing NAV application and database to the Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud.

Configuration Packages

Dynamics 365 Business Central Configuration Packages will be utilized for any ongoing data/transaction load requirements. Training on the use and execution of Configuration Packages will be provided.

Additional Business Central Capabilities

There might be additional features and functions available in Dynamics 365 Business Central that you could take advantage of. However, additional features that are out of scope for the migration/upgrade can be included in a future phase.

Customizations & Custom Form Identified for Migration

During the Analysis Phase, we will identify system customizations that need to be transferred to Business Central.

Integration to Other 3rd Party Systems

We are able to integrate Business Central with 3rd party solutions in Microsoft's Appsource. Please note that additional fees will apply.
