Microsoft has recently announced the 2023 Wave Release 2 for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This upcoming release is packed with exciting new capabilities scheduled to be launched between October 2023 and March 2024. 5. Introduction of Sales Copilot
Microsoft has introduced a role-based copilot known as Sales Copilot. Sales Copilot comes equipped with various capabilities, such as generating contextual emails using Dynamics 365 Sales data, offering summaries by consolidating customer information from Outlook, Teams, and Dynamics 365 before sales meetings, and providing real-time tips during Teams meetings.
These new Copilot capabilities will be in preview starting next month before being available in September this year.
